Since 2013, we are offering families and private investors access to direct and fund investments across Europe, with a particular focus on investments in the German speaking countries.
Our target direct investment range includes buyout and growth companies, with a preference on partnering with visionary entrepreneurs and management teams. We provide capital and resources from our network of experienced entrepreneurs and family investors on a deal-by-deal basis.
In addition, we also offer capital raising and transaction advisory services to venture stage, and small and medium-sized companies.

For capital seekers, we are able to offer you bespoke access to families, family offices and private investors who are willing to support founders, managers and entrepreneurs over the long term. Our investors and investment partners usually have no need or desire to exit quickly as they are typically looking for long term returns.
